Parkway Grill realizes the importance of community support and thanks you for your request. We have committed to three years in the Memorial Stadium scoreboard funding. Taste of the Town with Red Cross has been something we’ve done for over 15 years. You may have noticed we sponsor many teams (Little League, soccer, the Drillers, etc...) and high school individuals. In addition, we support other organizations with gift certificates throughout the year. It is not unusual to get a donation request on average every day of the week. To insure that we can help with your fund-raiser, please follow these guidelines:

1. Fill in the internet form on this page OR Fax your request to 761-4430

2. Include the following information

Name

Organization’s Name

Address/City/State/Zip

Fax number, if possible

Event

Date of event

What you are requesting and what it will be used for (ie. Gift certificate used for raffle)

What the fund-raising will benefit (ie. American Red Cross-relief packages)

3. Make your request 30 days before the event. Due to volume, all requests cannot be honored. Therefore, it is best to get your request in early. We can only take requests for the Wichita Falls area.

4. Currently, our donation requests are booked through May 2008. Therefore, we cannot sponsor or donate to any more events held before May 31, 2008.

5. You should hear from us within 30 days if your request is accepted or declined.
